Your questions
What would you like to know?
Which sources do you monitor?
We combine configured public procurement sources with supported portal alert emails. Coverage is agreed for your region and buyers during setup. See coverage and access methods.
Do you need our portal passwords?
No. For supported account-gated platforms, you can arrange to forward alert emails. Your portal account stays with you. Access to restricted documents still depends on your own portal permissions.
What arrives each morning?
A shortlist grouped by trade, with fit recommendations and links back to the source. The first run establishes your baseline; subsequent digests highlight detected changes and upcoming deadlines. A dashboard keeps the delivered opportunities together.
Can we choose the delivery time?
We agree a morning delivery schedule and time zone during onboarding. Collection and delivery depend on source availability, so the buyer portal remains the place to verify urgent changes.
How do the scores work?
Configured rules assess the available notice information against your capabilities, geography, buyer preferences and exclusions. A recommendation helps prioritize review; it is not a prediction that you will win. See scoring explained.
Are tender documents included?
Publicly accessible documents can be collected where the source supports it. A notice or email alert does not necessarily include the full tender package. Registration, payment or your own login may be needed on the original portal.
What if an opportunity is irrelevant or missing?
Send the notice link and tell us why it belongs, or does not belong, in your shortlist. We review the source and your profile, then tune the agreed rules. The pilot is designed to test that fit.
Does this cover every Canadian tender?
No. Coverage depends on the sources connected for your profile and the information those sources expose. We confirm that scope before starting. The service complements your buyer relationships and existing portal access.
Do you write or submit bids?
The current service finds and prioritizes opportunities. Your team reviews eligibility, prepares the response and submits the bid through the buyer's process.
What does the pilot cost and how long does it run?
We confirm the duration, fee, sources, delivery schedule and review dates in writing before kickoff. Requesting a pilot does not start a subscription or authorize payment.
Who sees our company profile?
We use your profile and feedback to configure and operate your service. Client scores, recommendations and pursuit decisions are not included in the public website feed. See our privacy notice for more on information handling.
How do we stop or request a data change?
Email support@tenderintelligence.ca. We will confirm the request and any steps required under your agreed service terms. You can also stop forwarding portal alerts from your own email settings.
