What we agree

A clear scope from the beginning.

01

Your company profile

Capabilities, regions, project types, buyer preferences and exclusions, reviewed with you before kickoff.

02

Sources and delivery

An agreed source list, any supported alert forwarding, digest recipients, delivery time and dashboard access.

03

Reviews and next steps

A defined pilot duration, tuning checkpoints and an end-of-pilot decision. Fees and continuation terms are agreed in writing.

The pilot sequence

Set up. Tune. Decide.

  1. Confirm the scope

Share your company website, trades and operating regions. We check source feasibility and agree the pilot details.

  2. Review the first shortlist

Check what is relevant, what is missing and what should be excluded. The first week focuses on tuning.

  3. Use the daily delivery

Review the digest and dashboard in your normal estimating workflow. Send concrete examples when the fit needs adjustment.

  4. Decide what comes next

Review usefulness and coverage against the agreed scope, then decide whether to continue under written service terms.
