What information is involved?
Website visits
The website is delivered through hosting infrastructure that may process technical request information such as IP address, browser details and access time. These pages do not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts or browser storage. The homepage requests a public data file to display aggregate notice figures.
Inquiries and company profiles
If you email us, we receive the contact information and message you provide. For an agreed service, this may also include company capabilities, preferred regions and buyers, exclusions, recipient addresses, forwarded procurement alerts and feedback on recommendations.
How the information is used
Information is used to respond to your inquiry, configure and deliver the agreed monitoring service, troubleshoot issues and review the relevance of the shortlist. Provide only the information needed for those purposes. We do not need your portal passwords or access to your entire inbox.
Public and client information
The website feed contains aggregate figures and publicly posted notice titles and locations. Client fit scores, recommendations and pursuit decisions are excluded from that public feed. The sample digest on this website uses fictional examples.
Service providers
Hosting and email delivery require infrastructure providers to process information needed to perform those functions. Contact us before starting if your organization has requirements for hosting location, access or data processing, so these can be addressed in your service agreement.
Retention and requests
Contact us to ask about information held for your inquiry or service, correct it, or request deletion. Retention arrangements for client material should be confirmed in your written service agreement. We will explain any information that must be retained for an applicable obligation when handling a request.
External portals
Buyer portals and other external sites have their own privacy terms. This notice does not govern information you provide directly to them.

Free tools and enquiry drafts
You control what leaves the page.
The search planner, bid/no-bid self-check and enquiry draft builder run in your browser. They do not send your form answers to us or save them in browser storage. Trade selections in search-plan links can appear in the page URL and hosting request logs.
Choosing to open an email draft passes the prepared text to your email application. You decide whether to send it. Copying an enquiry places that text on your device clipboard. Once you email us, the inquiry handling described above applies.
